REGULATION
BukItaly will take place from 20 to 29 June 2020. The Festival will be open to all with free admission 24 hours a day.
Publishing Houses can participate as EXHIBITORS and Writers, Poets and Musicians (Single Artists, Bands and Singers) as Authors.
Applications for admission received by 10 June 2020 will be accepted.
Presentation of Books and Songs
Each Exhibitor or the single Author (Writer, Poet or Musician) can organize book presentations based on the Pack purchased. The presentations will be distributed in the various rooms available to the Festival and the public will freely choose which one to follow live. (Streaming presentations will still remain visible even after the live broadcast)
The organization provides ancillary services that you can find in the vast offer in the COSTS section.
Catalog
The name of the publishing house and the participating autonomous authors will be included in the exhibitors, authors and artists catalog of the official BukItaly program. Each Publishing House and each independent Author is invited to send a form of max 10 lines with a personal description.
Right to reproduce Audio and Video Images
All participants give their consent in favor of the Festival Organization to the reproduction of the images, audio and videos present in BukItaly.
Waiver
The renunciation of the Exhibitor or the autonomous Author entails the loss of the fee paid.
Advertising
BukItaly provides the opportunity to purchase advertising spaces (banners) on the official website of the Festival.
Treatment of personal data
Each Exhibitor or autonomous Author authorizes the Eternal Cultural Association to process personal data and is informed that the data provided are among the elements necessary for contractual obligations in compliance with the laws in force. The owner of the processing of personal data is the Eternal Cultural Association - Via A. Bennicelli 32 - 00151 Rome
